My customer had this shadow box made to display her husband's hockey jersey from his time playing with the El Paso Buzzards. Three team hockey pucks were included with the hockey jersey, as well as an engraved nameplate. In order to not harm the jersey when mounting the nameplate along its bottom edge, a smaller piece of matboard was first attached to the jersey (hand-sewn in place) and then the nameplate was mounted to that matboard. The pucks were mounted on top of matboard circles, which were hand-painted to match the yellow in the jersey.
